How Does It Work?
First Hello
After your initial contact (via LinkedIn, StartupJobs, or our website), we’ll start with a short introductory call. It’s an informal chat to get to know each other better and see if our expectations and visions are a good match.
First Round
The first interview takes place online. Our HR team will introduce DecisionRules and the open role in more detail. You’ll also complete a few analytical tasks and quizzes, and of course, there will be time for your questions.
Second Round
Next, you will meet a senior IT specialist for a more technical discussion. Here we dive into your experience, skills, and problem-solving approach. You may also meet your future buddy – the colleague who will help you navigate your first months with us.
Joining the Team
If everything clicks, we’ll move forward with onboarding and your probationary period. This is when you really become part of the team and start shaping DecisionRules with us.

Finance Controller
PART TIMEWe are looking for an experienced Finance Controller who will help us set up our finances so they can keep pace with our growth and for someone who is not afraid to work across the company, can map and understand processes, establish financial governance, bring structure to reporting, and help us automate everything that makes sense.
