We’re looking for someone to join the DecisionRules team who’s not afraid to dive into Figma and is eager to push the product forward — where it truly makes sense for both users and the business.

What you’ll do
- Design new features and improve existing ones for our web-based product, using our design system as your foundation.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and development teams to deliver real, user-facing solutions - no designs gathering dust.Bring ideas for improving user journeys and increasing key conversion rates (sign-ups, onboarding, product adoption, etc.).
- Over time, take ownership of the full design process - from early ideation to high-fidelity output.
What we’re looking for
- You’re fluent in Figma - components, variants, and auto layout are second nature.
- You treat the design system as a partner, not a constraint.
- You keep up with design trends, but know how to apply them pragmatically.
- You’re self-driven, but thrive in collaboration and communicate clearly.You know how to explain and stand by your ideas, and you’re equally open to feedback.
- You’re comfortable in English (B2+) - you can understand documentation, tools, and meetings without issue.
Bonus points for
- Experience across the full product design process — from ideation to testing.
- Interest or background in AI, web analytics, mobile development, or UX copywriting.
